1. Pre-Switching Technique
2. Operating Switch Technique
3. Post Switching Technique

Instructional Objectives
The participant will:
1.0 Apply The S.T.O.P method at critical step points while performing field switching as a solution for reducing human error and preventing accidents.
2.0 Use formal radio communication during switching (3-way communication)
3.0 Follow the switching technique protocol:
3.1 Pre-switching technique
3.2 Operating switch technique
3.3 Post-switching technique
