At the moment there are two stereo camera apps on the platform. I've purchased both. When they came out both had very uneven frame rates, and they've both been releasing updates to improve performance.
At the moment the developers of this $2 app have pulled ahead. They've just figured out how to record silky smooth hd video, leaving the competition in the dust for the time being
So right now this cheaper app is the one to buy.
