Science in Cooking: An Inside out egg

1.Pick up an egg and place it between the two bars
2.Hold both ends of the rods and try to turn the egg
3.Place the turned and unturned eggs in a pot of water and turn on the heat
4.Wait a few minutes until the eggs are boiled
5.Turn the stove off
6.Take the two eggs out of the pot, peel them and compare them.
