Can't get in
I only just joined and couldn't get in and forgot to cancel the subscription, so 52 dollars just went out and I still can't get in, from the first page. Could you return my money or help me:), Tracie
RIP off!!
Haven’t used for a while but had an active subscription which has been taken for months. Gone to get back on it and despite still paying I can’t access a single thing. Nowhere to log in etc. basically taking money and not able to get into it. Not a happy customer and can’t even have refunds on subscriptions where they don’t let you in! How’s that right?!

I also cannot change my password or not able to get into this app. That sucks.
Unable to reseat the password
Unable to reseat the password. Why do we need to put our email and password to get into this app? Can't even reset the password.. no customer service, no phone number to call, no email to contact "Reseat app." It is very frustrating. It must be a better way to get into this app without all this headache. For now, I wouldn't even give a star for the time I spent struggling with this up. I'll come back and update my review if after this things got fixed.
The third day and I'm still not able to log in. The password reseat is not working. Very disappointing. Waiting for another day to see if it is getting fixed...
Unable to reset password
Can't get in to this app . Tried to set it up & it said it did not recognise my password . I requested a new one & never received the email . Disappointed!

As everyone else said nobody can log in and you don't get reset link
