1. when looking and catching: light stimulus → visual cell → visual nerve → cerebrum → spinal cord → motor nerve → hand muscle → reaction (catching the ruler)
2 When listening and grasping: sound stimulus → auditory cells → auditory nerve → cerebrum → spinal cord → motor nerve → hand muscles → response (grasping the ruler)
