Residential Fundamentals (App Lab)

The ‘Residential Fundamentals’ training app allows Property Adjuster trainees to gain a basic understanding of the process of home construction and the ability to identify core construction materials. This foundational knowledge will enable more accurate damage scoping. Construction of the model home is achieved by completing a set of lessons that tackle key construction steps. Powered by Propel, learners are immersed in foundational knowledge, and simulate complex tasks that are typically difficult to train and practice, sufficiently preparing them before setting out in the field and completing these complex tasks.
