Learners can see multiple patients, conversing, assessing, managing, and engaging with interdisciplinary teams. Learners receive a guided debrief, automated, intelligent feedback, performance metrics, and blended learning.
OMS offers a wide range of standardized, repeatable, flexible, faculty-free scenarios. From ED, med-surg, OB, mental health, and peds to procedures, communication skills, and advanced cardiac life support codes, choose from over 200 scenarios that can be used in VR and on-screen.

My pointer doesn't work 😕. The system goes off without notice
So Realistic
Really well designed. Feels like clinical but safer. Super helpful for nursing. Boosts confidence and meets me where I am.
Stressful
I have to use this for school. I think it could be much better. Freezes on the headset and won't let you advance. Has caused me some stress in completing my assignments due to the freezing issue and having to start assignments over multiple times.
This game couldn't get anyworse tbh its really underwhelming for the people that want the type of experience its advertising.
