It’s ok not much content. The castle is huge and only a handful of rooms to explore. They mention visiting the grotto but nope not there. I was expecting the grotto under the castle not the rocky pass thru , if that’s what they are calling the grotto.

My Neuschwanstein Castle

In reality, I have visited the Neuschwanstein Castle in summer of 2023. With the crowds there, the experience was, let's say noisy & hectic, characterized by hustle, lining up and restricted range of motion. Now with this VR app, more a panoramic walk-through outside & inside the castle, I feel total relief from all those retrenchments.

When I arrived at the built-in Grotto, after have browsed so many superbly beautiful state rooms, I had two thoughts. Ad primam, materializing dreams is a royal privilege. Ad secundam, I strongly believe that Ludwig II, King of Bavaria, had no privilege, royal or not, to calmly and single-handedly enjoy the visual luxurience of his own castle. I have the Meta Quest, I have this VR app and I have plenty of time, whereas Ludwig II had none of these. Who knows, maybe his spirit, not the specter, is still at home in Neuschwanstein Castle ;)) How could he leave such a pearl unattended ;))

Not 3d or virtual

All this is, is bent flat pictures. You'd get the same effect with a curved monitor.
