Love this game, but it’s stuck
This is a great game concept. And I love the levels that I did. However, I’m stuck with the penguins and can’t get out. The game is glitched. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it is still glitching in the same exact spot. Who do I contact to get this resolved?

Wasted money.
It won't even let me start from where I'm sitting. Wants me to go stand in the middle of the dining room. And only two places to visit. No way to cancel purchase. Don't buy.
User Unfriendly
Abysmal instructions for using the app. I have not been able to move past the element of the app where it wants you to learn to use a camera and take pictures during the viewing experience. I cannot find any way how to exit the room in which I am situated when I launch the app. Instructions like “move to the marker when you’re ready to start exploring“ is nebulous. I have no idea what it means. I sent a note to the company asking for help 12 days ago and still haven’t received a response. Shameful.

Was a 5 Star now only a 3 Star
Was a 5 star experience through and through back when i got this app when i had quest 1 and have had the app since then and now to quest 3.
BUT, there have been absolutely NO updates to the app in all those years. I mean it's National Geographic... surely they can make more content for updates... very lazy.
I downgrade my star rating to 3
Never go this game to load
I tried several times, several different day, and the app never launches passed the yellow loading arrows on my Quest 3; so I have no idea what I’m missing.
