Appreciate the developer’s effort as you can tell from the rudimentary look of the app that it is a small or one-person development team. App is too slow and it actually crashed my Plex server. You’re better off using the Quest built in browser to access your server. Was gonna give three star b/c I do appreciate the developer’s effort but this app is ineligible for refund so I deducted another star. I don’t buy a lot of apps on Meta but this will probably be my last.
Nearly perfect. My only issue is that it seems to make the Quest run out of memory after a while. The film just stops. And sometimes it makes the Quest crash completely. Can't remember having this problem a couple of months ago.
Allows me to connect to Plex via email or code and shows the user but after that it just keeps asking me to log in again! From the debug window on the right it seems like it can’t get the IP address.
Have given this 2 stars as I can connect to the SAME SERVER using DNLA and the environments look nice but I didn’t buy it to use via DNLA and could use another app to do that. I also tried logging into the Plex web app on the same headset and connected and viewed with no problems so I’m not sure what’s going on.
There seems to be zero help available on the web so am requesting a refund.
I cannot for the life of me adjust the aspect ratio to side by side or top to bottom in the settings of the app. I see the screens to adjust but i cannot get the controller to go to the settings to actually change 2d to etc.
The ui is terrible and screen positioning is not thought out. Setting a position dynamically with a controller doesn't work with hand gestures and since two days hand tracking doesn't work in the app at all.
It's good, it works with Plex, and there are some shortcomings such as more spaces or movie theaters or lighting effects. The search engine should also be fixed since it doesn't find the movies or series I request, but in general the application is good, let's see if they fix some of these issues or proposals in an update.
