We’re sorry, but due to policies from major platforms and DRM (Digital Rights Management) regulations, we’re currently unable to provide full support for certain websites. We have CLEARLY and EXPLICITLY stated this limitation on the Web Theater purchase page with the following notice:

“Plz note that certain services cannot be played in Web Theater due to platform restrictions. Web Theater also currently does not support local web services, 3D videos, or 180/360 VR formats. Before you purchase, plz read carefully.”

We acknowledge that the current version of Web Theater is still not fully featured, and adding support for VR videos is one of the key improvements we are actively working on. To minimize confusion, this is exactly why we’ve placed a clear disclaimer inside the app.

As for the refund policy you mentioned, that is set by Meta and applies to all apps and games on the Meta Quest Store. We, as developers, have no control over it. Thank you for your understanding.

A Great Player

Got this app after seeing a blogger recommend it. The scenes are gorgeous and I have never seen anything like them in other players. Lots of features, fair price. Overall, really nice.

Web Theater nailed it

I found Moon Player through the trailer on their Twitter and decided to give it a try. The fact that it can play Spotify in a virtual penthouse blew my mind. Listening to Taylor Swift while sitting in the Penthouse with real-time lighting feels so relaxing and personal. The vibe is incredible and I keep coming back for more.

It adds a whole new level to the experience.

Best VR media player

Moon VR Player is truly made for VR, not some kind of hybrid, half baked Free app like so many others. Very intuitive and easy to use. Web theater is a huge plus.
