Very good
tried many players, this is the best vr player
MoonVR has potential, but two major issues make it practically useless. First, it doesn't support exFAT flash drives, which is baffling in 2025 when most large-capacity drives use that format. Second, the app stutters, freezes, and jerks whenever I try to seek through a movie. These flaws make it a painful experience rather than an immersive one. Unless these are fixed, I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for smooth, reliable VR video playback.
UPDATE: the developer responded that the issue was resolved with new Horizon OS 78. It resolved seeking issue but it still cannot read external drive! My external drive is exFAT, with 2 TB, it just cannot recognize it. It just shows EFI
It supports all common formats, and the environments look fantastic with very realistic lighting effects.
After many years they still do not allow to modify the subtitles (colors, size, fonts...) which is one of the most easiest update to program.
The performance is bad comparing to its competitors. Always drop frame and have low FPS. The only upside is that it can support AR. You would understand what I say in first second after comparing to another app
