Game not working

I purchased this game and it was working fine. Now it's outside the refund timeframe and I can't get anyone to help me figure out why it's not working right anymore.

We’re sorry, but the version you’re currently using — 1.7.2 (as shown in your comment history) — is a very outdated version. You should open the Horizon Store and update the app immediately.

Also, you emailed us at 10:31 AM on June 30th, and we replied at 10:39 AM — just 8 minutes later. So we’re genuinely confused as to why you would say “I can’t find anyone for help.”

We fully acknowledge that our app still has room for improvement, but this comment has left us quite puzzled and confused.

Skylight Portal Doesn’t Work

I bought this app specifically for the Skylight Portal, but it simply doesn’t show up. After restarting the app several times, it occasionally appears, but the content is distorted and doesn’t align with the actual ceiling. That defeats the whole purpose of having a skylight experience. Very disappointing.

Also, the transparent floor window shown in the promotional video is nowhere to be found in the app.

We’re sorry for the confusion. The floor window is a feature exclusive to the Vision Pro version of the app and is not available on the Quest version. We have never claimed in any of our promotional videos that this feature is included in the Quest version. You may have seen a demonstration of the Vision Pro version in a video from a third-party creator.

Doesn’t work on 3

Doesn’t work at all apart from random 3d stills - will request refund but will buy once bugs sorted

Sorry for the bad experience, but I can't understand or reproduce the issue(Doesn’t work on 3) on my end. Could you provide more details?
1. Please activate both controllers and click on the input field using the raycast to enter an email to sign up or log in.
2. Make sure you're using the admin account on the device instead of a secondary/multiple account.
3. What's your system version?
4. You're also welcome to try out the beta version in the Beta Channel. (App Settings > Installed version information > Release Channels > Beta).

Of course, I completely understand if you prefer to request a refund. However, if you find the improvements helpful, I’d be truly grateful if you could reconsider your rating, since it means a lot to a small developer like me.
