I need to be able to work offline
This is just a connection to the web version of Excel. If I wanted to work on something yesterday when I had 4 hours of downtime, I would not have been able to.

Sad cheap attempt
Just a fancy shortcut to the Office365 web version.
If it had advantages over the use of the browser it could be somewhat forgiven. But no.. it only has disadvantages. Garbage!
