1.Retrieve mail from the mailbox, check the region name, and place it in the correct location. If the mail has no region listed, put it in the return box.

2.Read the address on the mail and place it in the drawer labeled with the corresponding street address.

3.Unexpected situation: If the address is not in Gangnam-gu, place it in the return box.

4.Check the mail on the desk. If the address is correct, put it in the yellow basket on the right; if incorrect, put it in the brown basket on the left.
