Bought this a year ago to help my kids study. The only thing we have been able to do is tour the library. So basically $9.99 to walk around an empty library. There have been no updates or fixes and it's been this way for the entire year.
First of all, I can’t skip past the introduction and second of all whoever developed this app needs to learn how properly develop an application before publishing the application to the public. I tried to hop in twice already, and somehow I landed myself outside of the library and couldn’t get back in. come on now people are tight on money. Please do better than this. Nobody wants to throw money at a soft handed developer.
Overall, was a pretty good game, but major connection issues that make the game literally unplayable, the game won’t leave the log in page.
It's a fun way to learn with flash cards! Simple concept but well presented!!!
I came in expecting an elevated flashcard experience, and that's what I got. This game makes it much more entertaining to memorize card decks than just staring at a white screen. Besides that, the art design and music help to create a magical atmosphere that makes me feel like I'm back in the 2010s playing Wizard101. It's clear that the game needs some quality of life/content updates to avoid redundancy, but it has potential for growth. Of all the games I've tried out in VR, Librarium appears to carry the most practical value for autodidacts, so I'm hoping the game continues to be developed in the future. I'm writing this review because I was initially unable to access paid content in-game, but their diligent support team (1 person) spent weeks helping to fix the problem, along with other issues I had. I didn't know it was possible for someone to put in that much effort for one customer. Thanks, Duane!
I’m sorry, wanted to like it. Joined the discord and it’s just random chit chat…bought the game the day it was released.
Waited until now to review, giving developers a chance to improve it.
Good idea, poor execution. Willing to revise my review in the future if there are any changes though.
Best of luck to the developers, but I don’t recommend spending your money on this.
Edit 2024: Abandoned. Developers didn’t try to improve it. Don’t buy.
