I downloaded this game onto my oculus quest 3 in December of 2017 in hopes of lifting the mood of my cancer ridden child (Ryan) while he was undergoing radiation therapy. Ryan was ecstatic to play a game about something he has to deal with day in and day out, to really understand what the nurses are doing with his used bedsheets. Ryan had the time of his life while playing. But he was only able to play for about a minute before being hit with a paywall. We were tight on cash (because of the treatment) so he wasn’t able to play the game he so desired to play. This game has the potential to become game of the year or better if not for the steep in game cost. And I’m sorry to say that is why I had to rate it 3 stars. I have to admit even I was looking forward to playing such a highly regarded game such as this, but I guess it isn’t in the cards.
Like most people I thought that this game would finally satisfy my dream of changing an in-use bedsheet that I’ve had for 27 of my 35 years of existence. However once I loaded in to this “free game” I was immediately hit with a pay wall to continue changing bedsheets. 50 dollars to change someone’s sheets in VR! I could go to a homeless shelter and do it for free! This game is a spit in the face to the bed sheet changing community and I hope it gets taken down!
