There are a couple on decent beaches that I use to unwind. Still the quality needs levelling up as they are grainy and very low res on some of the beaches. Presentation looks like a Web page from 2009.
Please give us a decent update soon.
Not bad. I'm hoping it develops further and offers night time beaches and maybe some Scottish stormy weather beaches? At the moment it's all too corny so I don't use much.
I use this app every day for at least a few minutes. The chance to stand on a beach and look at the waves in a totally realistic environment is just amazing. They have a number of beaches to fit your mood including simple lake shores.
I don’t really use the meditation side of the app - I have other things I use for that (like Tripp).
The app comes up very quickly and is incredibly easy to use. The only downside is that the Meta button recentering capability (to turn your view towards the waves) doesn’t seem to work well. This isn’t a huge problem, but it might be something the developers might want to address.
In the meantime, I’m very thankful for this app and its daily contribution to my immersion experience.
I've tried various meditation apps, but this one has relaxed me the most. The variety of beaches and the interactive elements, especially the lighting of candles is soothing to me. I could go on and on, but I love the sound of the ocean. The various beaches. The music is perfect and I love the affirmations and even the fact that they have different spiritual ones too.
Love that is in development and will only get better. With that in mind here are some suggestions:
Make a left handed option.
Have beaches of consistent resolution.
Have a night option, combine that with the lighting of candles would be heaven.
More meditation options around stress relief, focus, happiness, etc
Thanks again for this app. My list of suggestions is only because my love for this app as is has inspired my imagination to make it even better but as it stands , it's still in my opinion the best app for relaxation and I think others would love it too.
Highly recommended.
Peace
Bob
Been getting lousy sleeps lately. Got up today at 5 and turned on the TV and picked up my phone and seen the add.figured for 8 bucks i can't go wrong.this thing knocked me out for an hour and a half. Best money i ever spent
Very nice! Given the current limitations of the tech, and the fact I'm using this on a Quest 2, which isn't renowned for it's high end graphics capabilities, I think they did a really nice job here. You could probably find similar 360 beach footage on YT (or wherever) for free. But when you overlay the music, and the guided-meditations, it makes for a much more complete and enjoyable experience. Being able to call up a beautiful beach on demand, to me, is nothing short of magic. Gratitude to the devs, for making that possible. :)
