I got a Quest primarily for the fitness apps. I have used Les Mills, Supernatural, FunFitLand and many others. But the one I go back to the most is FitXR. I love the wide variety of workouts, the coaches are fun, and the daily challenges motivate me. It’s more than worth the subscription!
I have found myself incorporating more of the Hiit or sculpt workouts I love those. The thing that annoys me the most is all of the extra intros you have to get through just to get to your workout. I’d love an option to skip it like it has so much downtime to wait until it’s done cycling through the nonsense I want to just get straight to my workout otherwise I’m losing my heart rate as I’m coming from another workout app it’s so frustrating. So for that reason I can only give 4 stars. Also the combat is not that much of a workout at all they need to be more intense combos
Great so far only used for about 10 minutes. Going to try it with some wrist weights on.
Loved it but always needed an update and could never use. $13 a month but not worth it.
The SLAM immersion and VR experience of this workout is amazing! I’ve been doing it in my large basement, and it really gets me moving—running around, jumping, squatting to grab things, and hitting targets with my hands, all without using any controllers. I’d love to see more workouts like this. Thank you!
I used to love this XRFit I found it great for training. At 73 I was delighted to find an entertaining app. Then the upgrades started all I wanted was an in complicated exercise platform. But now it’s nearly unrecognizable. The Boxing choice has very few intermediate games which is what I find suits me. Also when I play I have the other players when I exercise the problem is they are very poor and look more like disabled people as opposed to other players. All in all it was brilliant to start with but instead of getting better. It is now disappointing.
