Pretty cool and modern usage of LLM powers into VR, I like Eva and would suggest to try (instead the regular one chat at ChatGPT or smth)

Watching the video Demo. It feels too AI to me.... Its expensive. I have to pass for now.
Broken on Quest 2. Potentially dangerous
App was not functional. It would start talking and cut out mid sentence over and over again. Did not seem to grasp anything that I said.. as I expressed mild frustration with the app not working, it said something like, "Im glad that's going well for you". There's no clear instructions for getting a refund.
Marketing this as a therapy app is super risky, and almost certainly illegal. Sometimes people come to therapy desperate for help. Therapists handle crises.. this app in its current state would be dangerous for people to try in a crisis.

This language, along with user testimonials stating that Eva offers “therapy,” “CBT tips,” and “mental health tests,” confirms that the app is operating well within the legal scope of psychotherapy.
Under U.S. law, any person or entity offering psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, counseling, or behavioral intervention must be licensed by the appropriate regulatory board in the state where services are offered (see e.g., Texas Occupations Code § 503.001, California Business and Professions Code § 2903, Florida Statutes § 491.003).
