About English learning

Will there be an English version of the course in the future?

You can not be serious

It only has 2 languages
plus how do you learn by jest listening

The app has content in 6 languages and all content uses speech recognition. Students start speaking very early into the app experience, within the first minute. Are you sure you accepted permissions for the app to use the mic?

The Trips do have a lot of listening practice, and there are comprehension questions and vocab requiring speaking throughout.

I'd appreciate you taking a longer look at the app and giving us a higher score or removing this factually untrue review entirely. Thank you.

Thank you for the great review. We really want to film Korean lessons. If you or a rich uncle can send us the £50k, we'll be happy to produce them :D

Best language app I've tried!

I was excited to spend money on this subscription because it feels so immersive and thoroughly designed. I feel like I'm really there with Katie, in the classroom! The teachers are amazing, I'm hooked.

Thank you for the kind words. Yes, we spent a lot of time designing this app and making it the best it can be. We really appreciate all our subscribers and especially love the ones who give us 5* reviews! Good luck on your Japanese learning journey - you and Katie are going to learn a lot together :)

The future of language learning

I am now upto lesson 15 on Japanese. The lessons are excellent, the pacing is just about right for a beginner and it is totally immersive with no English spoken which can be daunting at first but is the way to go. The trips around Japan are stunning and not only bring things to life but make you really want to see in person. The japanese only also reminds you how much you need to learn though to be semi-fluent. Yes there have been a few tech glitches to be expected in a cutting edge product but really doesn't detract from a fun and quality product & the team are always on hand to help and always respond positively. Very much worth the cost. Be warned though, Katie your fellow student does "sing" on occasion ... !!!
