I took a look at the free version. The bird would NOT sit on my hand which was disappointing. And I paid £7.99 thinking there would be more than the 4 in the free version. They are snippets and while impressive to begin with, there isn't much else to do and certainly isn't worth £7.99. I would ask for a refund if I could.
I had one of those rare “whoa” vr moments when I looked up and my ceiling was opening up, revealing a beautiful sky. As someone who doesn’t have windows, it’s helpful for moments of cabin fever. Hoping many other zen style experiences are made.
i downloaded this after Nathie and a bunch of other popular youtubers posted about this posted. this was a surreal experience! it has the potential to become a flag bearer for why people should buy a VR headset. the scenes are really good and interactive. love the part where the bird comes to you when you open your palm in the courtyard scene and causing a thunder in the midnight ocean scene. it’s not just the scenes that are great though. if you look closely, the little details are really awesome too. the experience of opening a scene, the sound effects, the particle effects.
First of all, I think you've done amazing work here and I absolutely love Dreamspace. That being said, I'm already hungry (famished) for more than the 4 environments that currently exist; I suppose you've heard that one already. I really hope we can expect that new themes will drop as time goes by. I was tempted to go four stars for four worlds, but that would be dishonest of me, given how much I love the ones that already exist. [ insert appropriate smiley here ]
Nevertheless, it's wonderful to truly be able to blend my own living room with an outside world that transforms how I see that room. And being able to use browsers, or remote desktops inside thoseo environments is an added bonus. Bravo! Looking forward to more!
Love this app for productivity when I need to focus and get some work done while at home or looking for relaxing environments to browse the web or watch videos. The closest thing I’ve seen so far is the aquarium app that lets you put windows in AR to see different kinds of sea animals but this one has more environments and a unique take on blending AR surroundings with virtual environments. Some small improvements like being able to move the menu and hide the outline that shows up around your hands when you’re not using the remotes would be better for productivity tasks and looking forward to see what new environments are added. Being able to add windows would be great too. But it’s great as is and I didn’t realize how nice it would be to have my own room still visible to move around in with all my regular furniture like desk and chairs and couch but while still being immersed in an other worldly environment. Interested to see where this goes.
Love the mixed reality immersive experience from Dream Space and am looking forward to seeing what gets added on and/or improved. My favourite is the seascape - you can be in your living room surround by dark unrelenting waves, rain, lightening and thunder, super cosy!
