Calm mind, calm soul

Using Dhyana feels like stepping into another world. One moment I’m sitting in my room, and the next, I’m on a tranquil beach or under a sky full of stars. It’s pure magic. Download it—you won’t regret it!

Perfect for Busy Professionals

I don’t usually write reviews, but this app deserves one. As someone with a packed schedule, finding time to relax is hard. Dhyana has made it easy to incorporate mindfulness into my day. Just 10 minutes in the 'Sunset at the Beach' environment, and I’m recharged

Breathe in peace, breathe out stress. Dhyana is like a window to another world where calmness lives. Beautiful app.

Frustrating Starting

I strongly dislike apps that require an email before allowing access. It’s frustrating to have to remove my headset, search for my phone, and dig through emails for a confirmation message. To make matters worse, this app not only imposed this unnecessary step but also failed to deliver the confirmation email, incorrectly claiming my email didn’t exist—even though I provided the correct one!

This is a terrible first impression and a surefire way to lose potential customers. Why not let people start using the app without this tedious process? With so many competitors in this arena, the focus should be on making the app easy and enjoyable to use—not frustrating and inconvenient.

I was initially calm and ready to relax, but instead, this app left me upset and irritated. It’s deeply disappointing.

Easy-to-use app to help calm the mind

Dhyana has eight very visual environments each with their own unique method of reducing stress and anxiety such as “box-breathing”. The environments are very visual and calming. The app is ideal if you need to take of short break or want a deeper relaxing experience.
