Completely new to pilates and gave it a go with Club Pilates. Absolutely love it and that's purely down to this app. Started pilates due to getting lower back pain and it's disappeared after only a few sessions. I find some of the workouts to be absolutely fab and would love a way to favourite them or mark them so I know which one it was. Trying to do the hundred for instance is a killer but I've no idea what workout it was that had that exercise in it. Also, might be nice to see what level some of the workouts are aimed at. The 20 minute core I've just done was on a different level to all the other workouts I've done (4+ months now). Anyway - LOVE IT!
I cannot overstate how much I enjoyed this app. The content was great, but even more the experience was perfect. Every time I moved I was able to see the instructor from multiple points of view. When I looked down, or left or right there was a visual for me to follow. It was fantastic!
This is so well designed, no matter how you turn, the pilates coach is in front of you, even on the mat when planking. Hoping for more sessions soon, done 40 of the 63 already so lots of fun for the very reasonable price.
And update, they dropped a bunch more, so over 90 workouts. Still have not played through all, this is so good value for money too.
I wisv there was a way to filter better on the differebt focuses eg whole body, core etc because that is faulty, doesnt show all in the category
I’m new to Pilates and wasn’t sure how effective a VR workout could really be — but that doubt disappeared fast. I just finished a 20-minute core session with Brittany, and it was tough in the best way. It pushed my core strength and reminded me how much flexibility I need to build! There’s a lot for me to work on, but I’m genuinely excited to keep going. Absolutely love this app — it’s already become part of my routine.
Kind of bummed my old X+ subscription can’t be used anymore. I liked to do workouts from all the clubs and through the X+ on my iPad. I used to go to Club Pilates regularly and like to be able to do the workouts at home when I can’t make class.
Would love to see some reformer classes offered. I am a fan of being able to see the instructor from all angles. This is a huge plus, even over being in an in person class.
Hopefully more classes are offered.
I got this bundle and I really enjoy it. New to spin and it is a good way to work up to riding with a group if wanted. I love all in the bundle.
