1. Put on an apron
2. Announce that the meal is ready
3. Open the curtain and use the remote to raise the patient
4. Raise the meal tray support
5. Place the meal tray and water
6. Open all the lids
7. Say, “Enjoy your meal”
8. Close the curtain
9. Wait until the meal is finished
10. Open the curtain
11. Close the lids and return the tray to the cart
12. Remove the tray stand
13. Use the remote to recline the patient
14. Draw the curtain
15. Check the information and place the appropriate size clothing in the cart
16. Say, “I have brought your patient gown”
17. Open the curtain and place the gown on the bed
18. After the patient changes clothes, place the worn clothes on the cart.
19. Grasp both sides of the wheelchair and unfold it.
20. Apply the brakes on both sides.
21. Use the remote control to raise the patient into a sitting position.
22. Release the brakes once the patient is seated.
23. Push the wheelchair slowly.
