BioSignals for Meta Quest is a professional immersive biofeedback training application designed to bring physiological awareness, relaxation training, and emotional self-regulation into virtual reality.

The app works with compatible BioSignals sensors to display real-time body responses such as heart activity, heart-rate variability, skin conductance, breathing patterns, and stress-related changes. Instead of showing only numbers on a screen, BioSignals transforms the user’s physiological state into interactive VR feedback, allowing the user to see, feel, and understand how the body responds during training.

Users can enter calming virtual environments and practice guided breathing, relaxation, focus, recovery, and self-control exercises.
