Perfect for vestibular rehab!
If you have any problems with balance or dizziness this will really challenge your vestibular system to deal with what appears to be a free floating plank high in the air.
Even though you know you are safely on the floor your brain believes otherwise.
Completely free. Or you could pay for The Plank for the same experience!
