Amazing Arto

Arto is a special experience and I’m really happy this app is in my collection. Quickly come up to speed on the intuitive controls. Easy to select your creative workspace and get immersed in an environment to relax into. I chose the lake and kicked off some classical music, then switched tracks and learned I could start the motorboat on a slow cruise before returning to the canvas. Just very peaceful and fun, I got to creating and experimenting right away. Lots you can do and much more to learn each time through. Definitely recommend to give this beautiful app a try.

Relaxing and fun

This app is both relaxing and fun. Enjoy the music and being able to create even though I cannot draw! I like the options with the paint styles and the environments to start the creativity.

VR Art Playground Done Right

Arto is a true gem for anyone who wants to express creativity in VR. Whether you're into painting, tagging, or graffiti, this game gives you all the advanced tools you need — in a fun, easy-to-use package.

Menus are intuitive, and the overall vibe is quirky and unique. What truly sets Arto apart is its range of themed environments — or “sets” — that match music, decals, and atmosphere to your creative experience. From a neon-drenched sci-fi city that channels Blade Runner or The Fifth Element, to a serene cave, a medieval castle, or even Claude Monet’s house in Giverny, each setting feels like a complete artistic world.

In one environment, you can even choose to fall infinitely while painting — a surreal and oddly calming touch. The Egyptian theme is also a standout, but my personal favorite is the exhibition set, where your art feels right at home.

Arto isn’t just a VR drawing app — it’s a stylized, interactive art journey. Big bravo to the devs for crafting such a thoughtful and imaginative experience.

I really like it!

I find it very easy to use. The controls are very easy to learn. I enjoy changing the music to match my mood, that's a great feature. I've tried several of the painting options and they're all fun and/or relaxing. It's really nice to be in such a creative space!

Great for inspiration, needs blending!

This artistic app definitely tickles your creative side. You will be completely able to create some beautiful things, however I think tools are limited on their mechanics;

You can only spray, paint (with a cone and using the trigger...) and use stickers. I really wish that the painting mechanics will get better with time, since the curated playlists and inspiring surroundings are something other art apps are completely missing.

Controller buttons could be better employed, locomotion is quite basic and I would love to see this improve with time.

I hope the best for the devs, it feels like they have put a lot of effort into making all the scenes, mechanics and inspiring scenery. Try to see what works in similar apps and apply that here.
