Pour water into a pot and place it on the induction stove.

Turn on the induction and set to medium heat.

Put rice cakes and sausages on a skimmer.

Place the skimmer in the pot and let them cook.

Turn off the heat and wrap a towel around the skimmer handle.

Lift the skimmer and set it over a bowl.

Skewer the rice cakes and sausages onto sticks.

Turn on the induction stove and set it to medium.

Pour cooking oil into a frying pan.

Place the skewers in the pan and cook until ready.

Turn off the induction stove.

Use tongs to transfer the skewers to a plate.

Drizzle ketchup and mustard sauce on top.
