This add-on allows you to enhance existing workouts by adding defensive moves called "Guard Actions." Combine offense and defense to enjoy more advanced gameplay. Master new strategies while fully engaging your mind and body to take your performance to the next level!

⚙️ How to Set Up
Simply add Guard Actions as an option to your existing workouts, choosing from two modes:

🔹 Light Mode
Adds up to one Guard Action based on the number of actions per wave.

🔸 Heavy Mode
Adds up to two Guard Actions based on the number of actions per wave.

For beginners, we recommend starting with "Normal Mode" workouts combined with "Light Mode" Guard Actions until you become familiar with the system.

Tutorials are not supported.
