UnLoop is a retro-futuristic VR puzzle game built around self-cooperative time loop mechanics. As a spy infiltrating a remote space station, you encounter a temporal phenomenon that creates copies of yourself each loop, replaying your past actions in real time. Learning to work with your past selves and use the loop to your advantage becomes the only way forward.
Your mission: solve puzzles, retrieve critical data from the station, and uncover the source of the time loop.
Key Features
🔸Solve mind-bending temporal puzzles by mastering self-cooperation. Your copies repeat previous actions in real time, so planning ahead and synchronising with your past selves is key. The loop adds a fourth dimension to puzzle solving as you learn to think with time as well as space.
🔸Harness the power of VR to physically interact with the world and your copies. Get ready to dodge lasers, throw objects, even record voice notes for your future self; and when you mess up, UnLoop and rewrite the timeline. New mechanics are regularly introduced and combined in unexpected ways to keep you thinking on your feet.
🔸Explore the Temporal Research Hub, an atompunk space station with a slick spy-movie atmosphere, and untangle its secrets. Progress through various sectors of the station, such as the Asset Assembly factory and the mysterious Nexus Frame, and puzzle together a story that continues with each new update.

I have played a lot of clone games on Quest and PSVR but this is by far the best. The game itself is fun and tricky, but having 20, 30, 40 or even 50 copies of yourself running around helping, shooting, taking and getting each others way is one of the highlights of all my many years in VR. Highy recommended for all VR players and a great game for first timers to see something that can ONLY be done in VR.
I like the game. I like the idea of the game. There is one thing though. This could be me just being picky but I feel like the player animations needs a bit of polish. I'm not calling it ugly or anything but, for example, when you raise your hands and look at the clone, its shoulder is clipping and your running animation is unchanged no matter what direction you move. As well as the ragdoll physics for when a clone dies is just... unsatisfying. I don't see anyone talking about this so this is probably me being picky. The game is new too so... Sorry to the Devolpers if this too picky.
I absolutely love this game. Once I first started, I found it very difficult to stop playing. It’s one of those “just one more loop” kind of game. I love the puzzle aspect and find myself giggling at my previous selves’ chatter (and being able to smack them lol). I struggled with throwing objects a lot but the game is still worthy of five stars. Very clever puzzle game! Highly recommended!
I played this for about 30 minutes and I am hooked! Only thing that stopped me from playing more was the battery running on it. Jumping back in as soon as it's charged!
UnLoop comes from the acclaimed CM Games studio — the creators of Into The Radius 1 & 2, both magnificent and thrilling adventure games. This time, the team breaks away from their adventure roots to explore the puzzle genre, and they do it with remarkable success.
From the very start, you can feel the polish of a big studio: smooth performance, intuitive design, and instantly engaging gameplay. The temporal loop mechanic is brilliantly crafted — you’ll find yourself experimenting with different solutions again and again, not out of frustration but because it genuinely sparks your problem-solving instincts. It lights up your frontal lobe in the best way, making each breakthrough deeply satisfying.
What makes UnLoop stand out is that, although it’s a solo game, it manages to create the sensation of playing alongside multiple versions of yourself (play it, and you’ll understand exactly what that means). It’s a clever and original concept, executed flawlessly.
Bravo again to CM Games for delivering another fantastic title to the Meta Store. Highly recommended for puzzle fans and anyone looking for a fresh VR experience.
I love this game, but even before the last update, it **crashed on me pretty often**. I was really looking forward to the new update because I enjoy playing **seated**, but I need to point out two things right away: 1. When you set the "seated" mode, the **clone can only "kill itself" when crouching**. When standing up, no matter where you aim the gun, the shot doesn't kill the clone; 2. **Constant crashing.** I can't finish a single mission without the game crashing. It's a real shame because the devs were genius in creating a game that looks difficult but is actually accessible to everyone with a little bit of thinking (never underestimate a player's ego), and solving the levels is **hugely satisfying**.
EDIT
An extra star compared to my original review because with the help of the devs' response, I solved the crashing issue (which was on my end, not the game's).
Regarding the clone not being able to kill itself, I think there was a misunderstanding. I'm a clone, I finish my task, and I want to self-destruct so I don't lose time and can proceed with another clone. In seated mode, even if I point the gun at my head, the shot doesn't kill me. If I crouch and try again, the shot does kill me. I hope I've been clearer this time, as I don't think this is an intended game mechanic.
